Differences from Product Reviews
In our feature and interview articles, we summarize how products work and the background of their development based on explanations and demonstrations provided by the people in charge.
Testing based on actual use over a specific period, evaluation of long-term usability, and detailed comparisons with competing products are not included in the basic scope of work.
We distinguish between explanations provided by representatives and information that Greenkeys has actually verified, and we do not publish content in a way that suggests we have independently verified unverified performance or effects.

About Production Costs
We will provide a customized quote based on the scope of the assignment and production requirements.
After confirming the interview methods, duration, number of interviewees, number of articles, content to be photographed, product categories, and publication dates, we will provide you with details regarding the scope of work and fees.
Production costs are compensation for the production work required for preliminary preparation, research, filming, writing, editing, and publication.
We do not guarantee positive reviews, specific conclusions, page views, or sales results.
If transportation or lodging expenses are required, we will discuss the scope of coverage and the amount in advance.
Even if we conduct interviews at events we plan to attend, we will confirm the handling of expenses on a case-by-case basis.

Production Process
The following is a general guide to the process of creating interview content.
- Please use the inquiry form to provide us with the product overview, your desired theme, the interview method, and the publication date.
- We’ll assess whether the content is a good fit for Greenkeys’ readers and discuss the angle of the article, the scope of production, fees, and the scheduled publication date.
- After agreeing on the terms, we will conduct the interview and take any necessary photographs.
- We produce articles and verify the facts, such as product specifications and the content of statements.
- We will publish and announce this on Greenkeys in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
If you would like us to publish this in conjunction with a release date or an official announcement, please let us know in advance.
We will confirm whether we can accommodate your request, taking into account the interview date and the deadline for providing the necessary information.
Editorial Policy and Disclosure of Relationships
For articles produced on commission, we will clearly state in a prominent location within the article that the content includes advertising or PR, as well as the relationship with the client, including the article production fee and any product provision.
While we will discuss the article’s topic and scope in advance, Greenkeys retains the final editorial authority regarding structure, style, points to note, evaluation, and conclusions.
Pre-release verification covers factual information such as product names, specifications, prices, release dates, statements, and the date and time when information is made public.
We may decline to accept proposals that do not align with Greenkeys’ editorial policy or do not offer value to our readers.
This offer is limited to listings on Greenkeys; we do not guarantee distribution to external news services, search rankings, or listings on Google Discover or similar platforms, nor do we guarantee specific page views, click-through rates, or sales figures.
As a general rule, articles intended for promotional purposes will be excluded from distribution to external news services.

Editorial Coverage Invitations and Commissioned Articles
At Greenkeys, we welcome information about new products, invitations to trade shows and events, and requests for media coverage.
These notices alone do not constitute a paid request for article production.
For editorial coverage invitations, Greenkeys decides whether to conduct an interview or publish coverage, including its format and timing.
We do not guarantee that your submission will be featured in an individual interview or as a standalone article.
If you would like to proceed with the creation and publication of an article based on a prior agreement, please contact us to discuss the scope of work, fees, and publication terms for this service.
We will not charge article production fees after an interview unless those fees have been agreed upon in advance.
Even when we receive support for transportation, lodging, or other expenses during routine reporting, we will confirm in advance whether there is a commitment to publish a story and disclose the details of any support related to the article.
Introduction to Articles and Photos, and Their Reuse
You are welcome to share links to published articles on your official website, social media accounts, and other channels.
When reprinting article text or photos, please clearly indicate the source using a URL link and specify that the content is the intellectual property of Greenkeys.
If you plan to use this material on sales pages, in advertisements, or in promotional materials, please consult with us in advance regarding the intended use and scope.
