We organize details that are difficult to convey through specifications alone, along with how each product category works, and publish them in the specialist keyboard and input-device publication “Greenkeys”.
GreenEchoes Studio handles contracts, estimates, and project management, while Greenkeys conducts interviews, edits and writes the articles, and publishes them.

What We Produce

We adjust the interview format to your needs, including in-person interviews at trade shows or events and online interviews.
How This Differs from a Product Review
Interview articles use representatives’ explanations and demonstrations to clarify how a product works and its development background.
The standard scope of production does not include testing a product through extended hands-on use, evaluating its long-term usability, or conducting detailed competitor comparisons.
We distinguish between representatives’ explanations and what Greenkeys has independently verified; we do not present unverified performance or effects as if we had proven them ourselves.

Production Fees
We provide an individual estimate based on the interview content and scope of production.
After confirming details such as the interview format and duration, number of interviewees, number of articles, photography requirements, product category, and publication timing, we will outline the scope of work and fees.
Production fees cover the work required for preparation, interviews, photography, writing, editing, and publication.
They do not guarantee a positive assessment, a particular conclusion, article page views, or sales results.
If travel or accommodation expenses are required, we will discuss the amount and who will cover them in advance.
If an interview takes place at an event we plan to attend, we will confirm the cost arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us separately if you would like additional interviews, multiple articles, long-term use reviews, video production, an English-language version, or secondary use of materials.
Consultations and estimates are free of charge.
Production Process
The following is a general outline of the process for producing interview content.
- You provide an overview of the product, your preferred topic, interview format, and desired publication date through our inquiry form.
- We assess the product’s relevance to Greenkeys readers and discuss the article’s angle, scope, fees, and planned publication.
- Once the terms are agreed, we conduct the interview and any necessary photography.
- We produce the article and verify facts such as product specifications and statements made during the interview.
- We publish and promote the article on Greenkeys in accordance with the agreed terms.
If you would like the article published to coincide with a product launch or the lifting of an information embargo, please let us know in advance.
We will confirm whether this is feasible based on the interview date and when the necessary information will be finalized.
Editorial Policy and Disclosure of Relationships
For commissioned articles, we clearly disclose within the article that it contains advertising or PR, who commissioned it, and any relationship involving article production fees or product provision.
We discuss the article’s topic and scope in advance, but Greenkeys retains final editorial control over its structure, wording, points of caution, assessments, and conclusions.
Pre-publication review is limited to factual matters such as product names, specifications, prices, release dates, statements, and the timing of information embargoes.
We may decline proposals that do not align with Greenkeys’ editorial policy or provide value to its readers.
The service covers publication on Greenkeys. We do not guarantee distribution through external news services, search rankings, placement on Google Discover or similar platforms, or any particular number of page views, clicks, or sales.
Articles intended for promotional purposes are generally excluded from distribution through external news services.

Standard Media Inquiries and Commissioned Articles
Greenkeys also welcomes information about new products, invitations to trade shows and events, and offers of interview cooperation.
These inquiries alone are not treated as requests for paid article production.
For standard media inquiries, Greenkeys decides whether to conduct an interview, whether and how to publish, and when to publish, at its editorial discretion.
We do not promise to conduct an individual interview or publish a standalone article.
If you would like to agree in advance on article production and publication, please discuss the scope, fees, and publication terms with us as part of this service.
We will not conduct an interview without agreeing on fees and then charge a production fee afterward.
If we receive support such as travel or accommodation for a standard interview, we confirm in advance whether publication has been promised and disclose any support related to the article.
Sharing and Reuse of Articles and Photos
You may share the URL of a published article on your official website, social media, and other channels.
Please consult us in advance about the intended use and scope if you wish to republish or otherwise reuse article text or photos.
If we authorize reuse, we will provide individual instructions on attribution and linking.
For use on sales pages, in advertising, or in promotional materials, we will confirm details such as the publication channel, duration of use, and whether the material will be modified, and provide a separate estimate if necessary.
