About Production Costs

As a general rule, we accept paid commissions for review production, which includes in-depth hands-on testing, photography, videos of keystroke sounds, article writing, and social media posts.

Detailed Review Production

Starting at 55,000 yen (including tax) (or starting at $350.00)

We will provide a customized quote after confirming the product details, the required testing period, the scope of filming, the article structure, the publication date, and the languages to be supported.

Production fees are compensation for production work such as hands-on testing, filming, interviews, writing, and editing. They are not compensation for positive reviews or conclusions that favor sales.

For requests from overseas brands, we can handle the process in English and provide quotes in U.S. dollars.

About Affiliate Programs and Coupons

If the product page includes an affiliate program, trackable referral links, referral coupons, or similar features, we generally ask that you integrate them.

By combining a fixed production fee with performance-based compensation, we treat the work required to produce reviews separately from the contribution to sales after publication.

Whether or not there is a performance-based commission, and regardless of the commission rate, the evaluation, comparison criteria, advantages, disadvantages, points to note, and conclusion remain the same.

About Product Availability

The provision of products will be treated as the provision of equipment for the purpose of conducting hands-on testing and ongoing verification.

The mere provision of a product does not guarantee the creation of a detailed review, the timing of its publication, the content of the article, or a positive evaluation.

For product submissions that do not involve production costs, we will accept them as editorial samples and may handle them as follows:

The content to be covered and the publication schedule will be determined at the editorial discretion of Greenkeys.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us regarding the return deadline, return instructions, and who is responsible for shipping costs before shipping it back.

Regarding the Production Period

Typically, please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks after we receive the product and verify the necessary information.

In the following cases, the process may take longer than usual.

• Products that require verification of long-term use
• If software or firmware is currently under development
• When the specifications of the prototype and the mass-produced product differ
• If further verification of the comparison targets is required
• If pre-release information or sales terms have not yet been finalized

If you would like us to publish this information in conjunction with a release date, pre-order start date, crowdfunding launch date, or information announcement date, please contact us before the product is shipped.

Depending on the product delivery date and when the necessary information is finalized, we may not be able to meet your requested release date.

Pre-Publication Review

As needed, we may share draft articles with manufacturers, distributors, and retailers prior to publication to verify the following facts.
