Product Concept and Specifications
We will identify the product’s target users, usage scenarios, differences from existing products, and development constraints, and ensure consistency between the product concept and specifications.
Rather than adding every possible feature, we clearly define what kind of value the product offers and to whom.
Supervision of Physical and Japanese Keyboard Layouts
Check the keyboard width, number of keys, key size, home position, assigned fingers, and how easy it is to transition from an existing layout.
For the Japanese keyboard layout, we will examine the configuration of keys such as Enter, Backspace, Conversion, Non-Conversion, Kana, the Space bar, and the right-side symbol keys from the perspectives of both usability and compatibility.
Checking the Key Map and Layer Configuration
Check the layer configuration, which includes not only Layer 0 but also numbers, symbols, function keys, arrow keys, connection switching, and lighting controls.
We’ll outline the setup procedures for VIA, QMK, and other options, with a focus on ease of use and minimizing the effort required when actually using them.
Supervision of Keycaps, Printing, and Compatibility
I will confirm the specifications regarding the keycaps.
For Japanese-layout keycaps, we will propose improvements that take into account the constraints related to kana printing, modifier key labeling, character size, layout, and manufacturing methods.
Verification of Prototypes and Pre-Production Specifications
We conduct reviews tailored to each stage of development, including drawings, KLE, renderings, 3D prints, prototypes, and pre-production samples.
We identify, to the extent possible, layout, mold, and printing issues—as well as potential problems and labeling issues—that would be difficult to correct after mass production begins.
Verification of Labeling and Product Information for the Japanese Market
We verify the information required for sales in Japan, including product name, product description, specifications, connection methods, included items, warranty, and certificates of compliance with technical standards.
I’ll also organize the product features so that they’re presented in an order and with wording that Japanese users will find easy to understand.

Fees for Product Supervision
Supervision Fee: 330,000 yen (tax included) or starting at $2,200.00
We will provide a customized quote based on the following conditions.
- Scope of Supervision for the Target Products
- Supervision Period
- Display range for the supervisor’s name, GreenEchoes Studio name, etc.
- Whether the name appears on product pages or promotional materials
During the supervision period, our services include not only communication via email and other means but also the preparation of proposal materials and other documents as needed.
About the Supervision Credit
Prior approval is required before listing the names “GreenEchoes Studio” or “Ryosuke Kawamura” as “Supervisor” on product pages, packaging, press releases, crowdfunding pages, or similar materials.
We will make a decision after confirming the scope, media, duration, and method of presentation for the name.
Even when GreenEchoes Studio provides supervision, it does not guarantee any of the specifications ultimately adopted by the client, manufacturing quality, individual variations after mass production, firmware, sales methods, or other related matters.
Furthermore, you may not use any wording that could be interpreted as implying that GreenEchoes Studio or Ryosuke Kawamura guarantees the entire product beyond the agreed-upon scope of supervision.
Relationship with Greenkeys
GreenEchoes Studio will undertake product supervision as part of its corporate services.
This is a separate function from Greenkeys’ reviews, news coverage, ratings, comparisons, and editorial decisions.
Requesting supervision does not guarantee that your product will be featured on Greenkeys or that a product review will be published.
In addition, when Greenkeys features a product for which we serve as a consultant, we will disclose that consulting relationship within the relevant article.

Product supervision involves providing opinions and suggestions for improvement from a professional perspective, based on the materials, prototypes, explanations, and verifiable information provided.
We do not guarantee product completion, sales, mass-production quality, regulatory compliance, non-infringement of third-party rights, or market reception.
